By using this website or booking any services with ESM Sports Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings

Appointments can be made via the website, the SimplyBook.me app, or in person at the studio after a session. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required when booking. Recurring sessions may be arranged after the initial consultation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please see the full cancellation policy for further details. All deposits are non-refundable. Initial consultations must be paid for in advance. Payments for recurring sessions must be made by bank transfer. If a payment is missed or fails, no further appointments will be scheduled until all outstanding fees are paid in full, including payment for any future sessions the client wishes to book.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Clients must disclose any relevant medical history and health information before treatment. Treatments do not replace medical advice or diagnosis from a GP or healthcare specialist.
4. Liability
All clients attend sessions at their own risk. By attending an appointment, clients give verbal consent to receive treatment. ESM Sports Therapy is not responsible for any injury or issue that occurs outside of treatment sessions.
5. Website and Digital Content
ESM Sports Therapy owns all content and accounts connected to the website, SimplyBook.me booking app, and Google Business page. All text, images, and branding may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission. The website may include links to external sites. ESM Sports Therapy is not responsible for the content or reliability of those websites. While efforts are made to ensure smooth running, the business is not liable for temporary website unavailability. For how personal data is handled, please see the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be shown in a revised version of this policy on this website.
